Seller Policy – National Tourism Portal's Shop
A Project of National Tourism Pakistan

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for all individuals or businesses selling through the official National Tourism Portal's Shop, an initiative by National Tourism Pakistan to promote and support authentic local products, artisans, and tourism-related merchandise.

1. Eligibility

• Sellers must be Pakistani citizens, registered businesses, or recognized artisans.

• All sellers must complete the official registration process through the National Tourism Portal.

2. Product Guidelines

• Only original, handmade, culturally relevant, or tourism-oriented products are allowed.

• All products must reflect the heritage, craftsmanship, or natural beauty of Pakistan.

• Prohibited, counterfeit, or offensive items are strictly banned.

3. Quality Standards

• Sellers must ensure products meet the required standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

• National Tourism Pakistan reserves the right to review and remove any products not meeting expectations.

4. Pricing and Revenue

• Sellers are responsible for setting fair and transparent prices.

• The Portal may deduct a service fee or commission from each sale; details will be shared upon registration.

• Payments to sellers will be processed on a monthly basis.

5. Inventory and Order Fulfillment

• Sellers must keep their listings updated and ensure timely fulfillment of all orders.

• Consistent delays or stock unavailability may result in account suspension.

6. Customer Service

• Sellers are expected to maintain professional communication and provide prompt responses to buyer queries.

• All disputes or return requests must be handled in accordance with the Portal’s return policy.

7. Compliance and Conduct

• Sellers must adhere to all local laws, including tax regulations and business operations.

• Ethical business practices and honesty in product representation are mandatory.

8. Termination and Suspension

• National Tourism Pakistan holds the right to suspend or terminate any seller account found in violation of this policy or involved in misconduct.
